The National Law University Meghalaya (NLU Meg) is the first National Law University established in Meghalaya. Located in Shillong, often referred to as the 'Scotland of the East', this premier law school aims to pioneer legal educational reforms and anchor the transformation of legal education.

The symposium aims to bridge the gap between academia, industry, and government, particularly in the technologically rich yet underutilized regions of North East India and Meghalaya.

The theme of the symposium is "Navigating Intellectual Property Rights in the Innovation Landscape". This theme underscores the crucial role of IP management in shaping and advancing the innovation ecosystem.

• Academicians and Researchers: Rs. 3000/-
• Accommodation can be availed on additional payment of Rs. 4000/-

• Paper Length: 3000 to 3500 words (inclusive of footnotes)

• Co-authoring is permitted up to one co-author, but both need to register separately

Selected papers will be featured in the Working Papers series of the National Law University of Meghalaya, if accepted by the editor of the Working Paper Series.
