These legal frameworks are designed to create a specific environment for arbitrations, aiming to protect the arbitral process from interference by national courts or other governmental authorities.

Course Objectives

The course focuses on arbitration, negotiation, contract arbitration clauses, and effective dispute prevention, emphasizing resource conservation and avoiding courtroom battles. Arbitration, as an alternative dispute resolution, involves submitting disputes to arbitrators or a tribunal, with resulting decisions being legally binding and enforceable. It aims to familiarize participants with arbitration's legal framework, procedures, and practical aspects like case analysis through simulated arbitral proceedings.
