I. About Alliance University

II. About Alliance School of Law
Alliance School of Law, Alliance University is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi. The Alliance School of Law offers two five-year, integrated undergraduate courses in law, viz., B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) and B.B.A. LL.B.(Hons.).
A full-time, Master of Laws (LL. M.) degree is also offered by the School of Law with specializations in Constitutional & Administrative Law, Corporate & Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Criminal Law.
The courses have been crafted and designed to prepare its graduates for rewarding careers for various roles and responsibilities in legal service organizations.
Alliance School of Law also offers a PhD program. The Law School has established various Centers for advanced legal studies and research to address the socio-legal issues and challenges.
The school has been instrumental in facilitating engagements with various sections of society for deliberations over a variety of socio-legal issues through publications of its flagship journal, which provides a strong research base to the school of law.
III. About International Conference on Law and Social Transformation – ICLS 2022
Law plays an important role in social transformation by having a direct impact on society. It has always been looked at as one of the important instruments that could bring about social change. Thus, social transformation is the modification in the way people work. As a result, social transformation entails changes in people’s working habits.
Changes in technology, demography, competitiveness, conflict, ideology, political life, economic policy, and legal principles are all variables that contribute to social transformation.
We at Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, have always strived to achieve excellence in Legal Research, hence, organizing the International Conference on Law and Social Transformation – ICLS-2022 on March 26, 2022, and this would be an annual endeavour in the years to come.
IV. Eligibility
Alliance School of Law is providing a forum for the discussion of well-researched papers through the International Conference on Law and Social Transformation – ICLS-2022. Faculty members, Judicial Officers, Advocates, Research Scholars, and Students, among others, are invited to submit quality research articles from the given areas.

VIII. Awards and Certificates
Selected research papers will be published in an edited book form, two best research papers and the presentations will receive awards. However, papers not complying with the guidelines given above will not be accepted for publication.
