On January 1, 2018, the Indian Lawyers Association in India was launched, and in six months we had 100 chapters in the largest 100 cities of India. With a view to keeping the spirit of justice alive among the Indian society, it is important that the 1.3 million lawyers have an organization that unifies them and provides a platform across the country where members can network, exchange ideas, mentor, connect to create more wealth, and altogether strengthen the legal community.

ILA has been formed to shape the future of the legal profession of India. In order to act as an ally and advocate for the members, ILA is committed to enable opportunities for quality professional development and advance the rule of law throughout India.

ILA has made more progress in a few months than any legal organization in the last 70 years of independence, or in 245 years of law in India.

In order to fufulfil our vision, we have held events in chapters on a monthly basis.
