Job Opportunity for the post of Junior Lawyer at Thukral Law Associates at Delhi. Thukral Law Associates is a full-service law firm providing an extensive range of legal services to specially NRI’s on various law-related issues. Their offices are providing legal services to clients from more than thirty countries around the globe. The firm has two offices in Delhi and Punjab.
Roles & responsibilities
- Drafting Pleadings, Petitions, Deeds, Drafts, & Legal Notices
- Coordinating and delivering services to the clients
- Interpret laws, rulings, regulations, and legal research
- Advising clients under the senior’s guidelines
- Examine legal records and documents to deliver real estate, property, and project legal opinions and related revenue documentation, follow up with authorities like sub-registrar office & other revenue offices.
- Drafting Contracts & agreements and wills etc.
Educational qualification & skills
- LLB,
- LLM ( Optional )
- Good drafting skills
- Good English Communication (Mandatory)
