About the Competition
The Judgment Deliberation Competition (JDC) © expects participants to arrive at a judgment, after analysis of facts and arguments presented from both the sides. A novel competition, the JDC has been inspired by the procedures of various judicial bodies and tribunals that span the spectrum of international law.
It involves students coming together to have a careful discussion on the given problem in order to arrive at an appropriate judgement. Students conduct extensive research and justify their views, before arriving at a judgement.
