Madhu Limaye Library, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow is organising ICOASL-2025: 9th International Conference of Asian Special Libraries on Sustainable Development of Libraries Through Innovative Technologies in collaboration with SLA (Special Libraries Association (SLA), USA), SLA Asia Community, Society for Library Professionals (SLP), Uttar Pradesh Library Association (U.P.L.A.), and Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) Centre.

Paper Submission Guidelines

• Participants are invited to contribute papers for presentation on the above themes and other related aspects. The papers should be based on research surveys; case studies or action plans rather than theoretical explanations.
• Submission of full papers with an abstract in approximately 250 words, 05 keywords and references on A4 size paper with a margin of 1.5 cm on all sides in MS Word format in 10 points New Times Roman typing single line spacing.
• The referencing style should be APA style.
• The similarity report percentage should be within 10%. The length of the papers should not exceed 4000 words.
• The papers should not have already been published/presented elsewhere.
• The Programme Committee will have the right to edit the papers. Selected papers will be published in the proceedings with ISBN.
• The papers should be submitted through the Google form link:

• The last date of paper submission is extended to 31st March 2025.

Accommodation

Accommodation on a sharing basis can be arranged for the participants in the University Guest House, BBAU Guest House, and SGPGIMS Guest House, which have the usual amenities on a first-come, first-serve basis. Room rent and other charges are to be paid by the participants. Besides accommodation in the guest houses, hotels can also be arranged for the participants upon request and confirmation.
