2nd Manipal International Negotiation Competition 2024

With Negotiation gaining traction in the recent times as a preferred means of dispute resolution,Faculty of Law, Manipal University Jaipur is organizing the 2nd Edition of the International Negotiation Competition, which aims to provide a platform that reflects the ever growing expectation of clients to utilize other cost-effective alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to trial. It is an ideal platform to test theory in practice by allowing the participants to represent all parties in the negotiation process.

This competition will also provide an opportunity to the participants to develop the requisite lawyering and communication skills through various training sessions conducted by industry professionals.

Eligibility:

Any Student Pursuing an Undergraduate Law Degree

Important Dates:

• 21^st and 22^nd September 2024 (Preliminary and Quarter Final Rounds) (Virtual)
• 06^th October 2024 Semin Final and Final Rounds (At Campus Manipal University Jaipur)
