About the Theme

Cyber Crime is perhaps the most complicated problem in the cyber world. The term “Cyber Crime” has nowhere been defined in any statute or Act passed or enacted by the Indian Parliament. The increasing access to and continued use of technology has radically impacted the way in which people communicate and conduct their daily lives. The internet connects people and companies from opposite sides of the world fast, easily. Nevertheless, the internet and computer can pose some threats which can have a disparaging impact on civilizations. Cybercrime is a hazard against organizations and people who are connected to the internet.
