Discuss the grounds on which a marriage may be declared as void under the Hindu Law. Find out the distinction between void and voidable marriages. [25 Marks]
Question 3
What right a female Hindu has got under the Hindu Law with respect to any property which was possessed by her immediately before the commencement of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956? State the rules by which her property shall pass to her heirs after her death. [25 Marks]
