Amity Law School, an Institute of Amity University commenced functioning in the year 2011 with a meagre strength of 05 students in LL.M. About the FDP

In recent years, the landscape of higher education in India has been undergoing significant transformation, largely driven by advancements in technology. One of the most promising technologies in this regard is Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has the potential to revolutionize various aspects of higher education, including teaching, learning, research, and administration. This type of human-machine interface presents the immediate potential to change the way we learn, memorize, access, and create information.
Embracing the new skill sets and technology to teach is the way forward. Therefore, this FDP aims to highlight different facets of AI for advancing higher education in India, ultimately empowering faculty members to excel as educators, researchers, and administrators in the digital age. In order to improve teaching effectiveness, research productivity, and administrative efficiency, it is important to assess the state of higher education in India today and pinpoint areas where artificial intelligence (AI) can have a major impact. Moreover, strategies must be developed for incorporating AI tools into faculty development programmes and encouraging an AIadopting culture among educators.
