This has profound implications for legal professionals, lawmakers, and students studying law. Freedom of speech and expression now extends to the digital realm, leading to challenges like fake news, online abuse, and sponsored posts. These issues demand measures to address them effectively. With the industry embracing digitalization and globalization, content production is thriving due to relaxed regulations.
Intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, require protection against theft, duplication, and piracy.
