About Samadhan
The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, known as Samadhan, were established in May 2006. It results from the joint initiative of the Bench and the Bar of the Delhi High Court, who have committed themselves to Mediation as an appropriate method of Alternate Dispute Resolution.
Mediation Training Program Overview
The Clinics Committee, School of Law, Bennett University is organising a 5-Day Mediation Training Program from 25th -29th October 2023 in Collaboration with Samadhan (Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre).
Goals of the Program

- Acquire mediation techniques and strategies

Program Schedule
The Certification of 40 Hours in Mediation will be provided to the participants successfully completing the entire course.

Eligibility
Participation is open to all academicians, PhD Scholars, Researchers, Lawyers, Students, and any other professionals who intend to pursue a career in Mediation.

- The registration fee is INR 7500 for all.
