Mr. Palash Taing, Manager at Tatva Legal, Hyderabad, who specialize in developing customized and complex high-stakes litigation strategies for clients. His key areas of practice include litigation and alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) with a focus on commercial litigation.
Mr. Palash has significant experience in advising clients with a business perspective and has experience in relation to legal advisory, commercial litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) in various sectors with a key focus on the infrastructure including engineering, metro, ports, roads, railway, highways, waste management, airports among others.
Eligibility
Open to students pursuing an integrated 5-year LL.B. programme, a 3-year LL.B. programme, or an LLM or equivalent program in India, as well as those pursuing a PhD or equivalent programme, academicians, research scholars, and lawyers.
