About Starex University

Aims of IFDP
- The Program aims at enhancing the academic and intellectual environment in the Institutions by providing faculty members with ample opportunities to pursue research and also to participate in seminars / conferences / workshops. Participation in such program would enable faculty members to update their research and pedagogical skills.
- The FDP aims at deliberation, sharing knowledge to the target audience about the significance of research skills and current opportunities in Law as well as other general areas by subject matter experts with practical exposure to faculty members and research scholars of all the branches and allied areas.
- The FDP aims to provide the participants with an opportunity to acquire knowledge about contemporary developments that are taking place in various dimensions of Law as well as other relevant areas and inculcate and enhance the abilities of the faculty members to carry out independent research, write successful research projects, and finally to update them about the recent developments that have been in different areas with respect to technology, by adopting socio-legal approach.
- Finally, the whole exercise will enhance the multilateral thinking approach & will impart capability to look into different aspects of research with multi-directional approach.
Objectives
- To provide an opportunity to seek specific inputs on your work from reputed international and national academicians.
- To provide an opportunity to prepare research papers from high impact factor journals-from idea to publication.
- To provide an opportunity to the teachers of the Colleges to pursue their academic/research activities leading to the award of M.Phil./ Ph.D. degree.
- To provide an opportunity to the teachers to present papers in academic conferences/ seminars or participate in workshops and exchange knowledge and ideas.

- Platform: Google Meet/Zoom
- Limit: 100 participants
Who can Participate?
- Faculty Members, Researchers, Legal Experts, other Professionals from all Universities/ Institutes/ Departments/ Schools/ Colleges and Masterās/Postgraduate students. (Online Mode) from law, economics, management, commerce and allied disciplines.
Important Note for The participants
- The FDP shall be conducted through Online Mode.
- This programme is considered for CAS as per UGC regulations as a one week FDP.
- The meeting link shall be shared with the participants after they have completed their Registration formalities.
- It is advised that the participants should join the link 10 minutes prior to the scheduled Session time.
- Please keep your video and audio on mute mode when the Session is in progress.
- It is advised that the participants should ask questions only during the Q&A session and through chat box only.
- It is mandatory to attend both the Sessions of a particular day to avail the FDP Certificate, and on all days.
- E-certificate will be provided to those who will attend all the sessions (90% of attendance is mandatory).
- E-certificate will be sent via e-mail within 10 days from the end of this program.
- A Feedback Form will be shared after each Session which is to be filled mandatorily.
