National Essay Writing Competition organized by Think India CNLU.

About the event

Think India CNLU is organizing a National Essay Writing Competition wherein submissions are invited from school and college students from all across the country.

Topic

“What’s in a name? -Restoring names of institutions and places”

(CONTEXT – In the last few years, names of various places and institutions have been restored by the government. For example, Harigarh, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Station, etc. This has initiated a nationwide controversy.)

World limit and format

  1. Call for submissions for essays with a word limit between 1500-2000 words.
  2. The relevant data should be hyperlinked, but endnotes are also welcome.

Eligibility

School students and students of undergraduate and postgraduate courses can take part in the competition.

  3. 3rd PRIZE- Rs. 800/- + Certificate of Excellence
  4. Book will be given to the winners.
  5. The rest of the top 5 participants will be awarded a certificate of merit.
  6. Also, the best essays as decided by the Think India team will be

    on the blog of Think India.
  7. Participation Certificate will be provided to all the Participants.
