IPEM Law Academy Ghaziabad, under the aegis of IQAC cell of IPEM Law Academy, is organizing a 5th International Conference on Emerging Issues in Legal Aspects-2024 (ICEILA-2024) “Emphasizing the comprehensive role of ethical and moral considerations in higher education Globally pertaining to Legal Profession & other disciplines” in a hybrid mode.

Research Papers are invited in Hindi/English on the following Sub-themes: -

- Regionalism: Integrity, Ethics & Law
- Role of Personal Values in Learning Approaches
- Mutual Legal Assistance among nations for higher studies
- International Institutions and ethics in health crisis management
- Ethical and Legal Issues in Entrepreneurship
- Principles of Clinical Ethics and their Application
- Managerial Ethics & Staff Management in higher education with special reference to mental health
- Global Interconnectivity & its ethical challenges in education
- Interplay of national and international regulatory bodies in strengthening the working environment in Higher Education (Faculty Exchange programme, Student Exchange programme & Policy Exchange programme etc.)
- Ethics and Morality in International Relations

Submission Guidelines
Abstract
The abstract should be up to 250-300 words including Key Words and contain the following details: -
- Sub-Theme
- Title of the Paper.
- Name of the Author (s)
- Designation
- University/Institution/Organization
- Contact Number
- Email Address
Full Paper
- The Full Paper should be between 3000 to 5000 words (including Footnotes).
- The text is English in Times New Roman with a Font Size of 12 and Line Spacing of 1.5.
- The main Hindi Text should be in Kruti dev 010 with a Font Size of 16.
- All references must be in the form of footnotes in Times New Roman with Font Size 10.
- Co-authorship is allowed.
- APA format to be followed for citation.
- Registration will be separate for each co-author.
- Entries must be Original and unpublished in any form.
- Any sort of Plagiarism will disqualify the entries.
- All Abstract and Full Papers are required to be submitted electronically through e-mail attachment in MS Word format to email at: internationallawseminar@ipemgzb.ac.in.
