Amity Law School Gurugram is organising the 1st Amity International Moot Court Competition 2023 from 21 – 23 April in Virtual Mode.
Amity Law School is honoured to organize its 1st Amity International Moot Court Competition 2023, from 21 – 23 April, in Virtual mode, which shall be a simulation based on the leading issues emerging at the International level which are encountering rampant occurrences in today’s world.
The Competition intends to provide an opportunity for all the participants to learn Court craft by observation and have a Courtroom experience online from any and every corner of the world. By using a virtual platform, the Event aims to instil confidence in Law Students globally and motivate them to overcome any crisis by exploring different dimensions of the legal world. It aims to confer a unique opportunity to the participants to understand the conduct, various procedures and application of International Law, along with the opportunity to hone Courtroom manners and etiquette.
Team Composition and Eligibility
Each participating Team can comprise of two (2) or three (3) students pursuing the three or five-year courses of the LL.B. Degree or its equivalent in the Academic Year 2022- 2023 from Institutions all around the globe. In case of two (2) members, both the members shall be designated as Speakers and any one of them shall also be designated as Researcher. In a Team of three (3) members, two members shall be designated as Speakers and the third member as Researcher. No additional member or Team mentor shall be allowed to accompany the Team. An Institution shall be entitled to send only one (1) Team to the Competition.

Last date for Submission of soft copies of Memorials: - 18 April 2023
Researchers' Test and Oral rounds: - 21 April 2023-23 April 2023

The Registration Fee for the Competition is INR 3000 + GST.

Award
Participants and Winners will be awarded Certificates and Awards worth Rs. 3 lakhs.
