[Online] 3 Days Workshop on Contract Drafting and Negotiations (MSA, NDA, and Data Privacy Agreement)

Legal Bites Academy is delighted to announce that we are organizing a 3 Days Online Workshop on Contract Drafting and Negotiations (MSA, NDA, and Data Privacy Agreement). This workshop ​​has been designed for all law students and budding lawyers who want to build their careers in Contract Drafting and Negotiations. This workshop provides the knowledge and skills necessary to become excellent in Contract Drafting and Negotiations, with solid legal foundations and a broader vision of the sector. The workshop shall be conducted live in online mode from 12th August 2021 to 14th August 2021.

Instructor

Mr. Harsh Singrodia, Head Legal Team, Borderless Access will be the instructor for this workshop. Mr Harsh has more than 7 years of experience in Corporate legal. He has worked with two major IT companies i.e. Wipro and Capgemini. And currently Mr Harsh is heading the legal team for Borderless Access. He has CS and LLB degrees along with a master in business law from NLSIU Bangalore.

Video Recording and Study Material

• Recordings of videos shall be provided to the participants to facilitate them to watch the session in case they couldn’t attend in real-time.
• The recordings and the material shall be accessible to the participants for a duration of two months from the completion of the Workshop.
