About CUET PG LLB Entrance Exam

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) PG LLB is being introduced to facilitate admissions to Central and participating universities. This initiative seeks to establish a standardized platform that provides equal opportunities for candidates across the country, especially those from the Northeast, rural areas, and remote regions.

By implementing a single examination, CUET will enable candidates to connect with a broader array of institutions and streamline their participation in the admissions process for various Central Universities, ultimately enhancing ties with these universities.

Eligibility

As per the eligibility criteria for CUET PG LLB established by NTA, candidates must either hold a graduate degree or be currently enrolled in their final year of graduation to qualify for the exam.

There are no specific age limits or additional requirements mentioned. However, candidates are encouraged to verify the eligibility criteria with the individual colleges they wish to apply to, as there may be specific requirements set by those institutions.

Indian nationals from specific categories (OBC-NCL, Gen-EWS, SC, ST) are granted admission under reserved seats, following the rules set by the Government of India. However, for Central Universities, the reservation policy established by each university will be enforced.
