Responsibilities

1. Provide support to Triangulas and its Clients in the area of Corporate Laws.
2. Respond to queries raised by Clients with regard to the applicability of various Acts and regulations.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
4. Provide redline changes required in the contracts/agreements with appropriate justification on why the changes are required.
5. Manage responses from and to end customers/vendors in Triangulas Client’s environment.
6. Ability to provide Legal Advisory on all matters related to Indian law.

Experience required

A Law graduate with 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Law
