About the Centre
Research in the field of personal law is required to be done in India due to its multicultural and religiously diverse society. The Centre aims to undertake research and impart legal education to all concerned regarding matters relating to personal, matrimonial, succession and other family laws and to provide counselling, assistance, and litigation support, in case of any dispute arises in the related issues.
About the Conference
The conference is about the challenges and solutions for senior citizens in India, covering their social, economic and legal aspects. It aims to understand their needs, evaluate the existing policies and laws, and explore the roles of children and the community.
