Harshit joins with over a decade of experience in transactional and advisory work, further enhancing the firm’s already robust M&A and corporate practice.
A Decade of Expertise: Harshit Anand’s Credentials
Harshit Anand brings with him over 10 years of experience, during which he has built a strong reputation in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory advisory, and complex internal investigations. His expertise spans a wide range of industries, and he has been at the forefront of high-profile transactions, including multi-jurisdictional M&A deals.
His previous roles include being a Partner at AP & Partners, and prior to that, working at Trilegal. Harshit’s international exposure includes a secondment with Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Tokyo, where he advised Japanese and global clients on cross-border transactions.
