Anuj Pethia brings a wealth of knowledge and a diverse transactional portfolio to JSA. He has provided counsel to a wide range of clients, including companies, investment banks, promoters, and investors, on multiple public offerings. Some of the notable IPOs he has advised on include those for Ola Electric Mobility, RR Kabel, Rainbow Children Hospital, and SBI Cards.
